From March 2020 to August 2021, I served as a sales and project manager at KlickKlack, an IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) startup. Initially tasked with overseeing event services, I quickly advanced to the role of managing business clients.

In this dynamic position, I played a crucial role in assisting our clients in building initial or temporary internet architectures for their offices, essentially functioning as their remote IT department. Despite my background in literature, this role provided me with the unique opportunity to engage with over 30 clients, explaining our company’s office network services.
